Beaches

From the full-service sandy beaches of Juan-les-Pins to the more striking and secluded beaches of Théoule-sur-Mer, there are many ways to enjoy the sun and the blue waters of the Mediterranean.

Théoule-sur-Mer

Featuring stunning views and secluded beaches, Théoule Sur Mer offers warm clear water for swimming and snorkeling with the fish.

Antibes

Located near the old town, the beaches of Antibes offer the perfect combination of sand and access to restaurants and shops.

Villeneuve-Loubet

Less known to tourists, the beaches of Villeneuve-Loubet are just 25 minutes from the house, and offer access to the sea without the crowds of Antibes.

Cities and Villages

From the Croissette of Cannes, to charming villages in the foothills of the Alps, there are many cities and villages to explore, each with their own unique qualities.

NICE

Nice, the largest nearby city, features everything you’d need, from shopping and fine restaurants, to an exciting old town to explore.

VENCE

Vence is just five minutes down the road, and offers restaurants and intriguing shops. During the summer, a world music festival fills the center of town.

SAINT PAUL DE VENCE

St. Paul is a medieval walled city, just 10 minutes away from the house, with stunning views of the surrounding area, as well as art galleries and fine restaurants.

Outdoors

Whether you’re a skier, a kayaker, hiker, or climber, the region’s beautiful scenery and climate have something to offer everyone.

HIKING TRAILS

There are many hiking trails in the area, including one near the home that leads to the ruins of an ancient church.

MERCANTOUR PARK

About 90 minutes north of Vence, the Mercantour National Park is a huge alpine area that features a wolf park and many other features.
